Responsibilities

  • Advised on organizational and staffing plan.

  • Designed and implemented employee satisfaction survey for 780 staff.

Results

  • New organization and staffing plan approved; survey results integrated into strategy.

Organizational advisor/ Process Manager / Project Initiator - Municipality of Leeuwarden (2012–2018)

Responsibilities

  • Directed Social Domain teams (Participation, WMO, Youth).

  • Implemented predictive financial models, dashboards, and monitoring systems.

  • Led reorganization of Social Affairs and transformation of Welfare Department.

Results

  • Sustainable cost reductions, smooth organizational transition without redundancies, improved financial insights.
