QUARTERMASTER YOUTH DISTRICT TEAMS

Responsibilities

  • Led the project team and balanced conflicting interests
  • Transitioned and integrated youth consultants from welfare organizations into district teams
  • Unraveled existing partnerships and recalibrated subsidies with parent organizations and service providers
  • Project leader for the European tendering process for District Teams (€26M), involving the Works Council
  • Prepared decision-making documents for the Executive Board and Municipal Council and guided them through the change process

Results

  • Achieved consistent policy among regional municipalities; cooperative structures disentangled financially and organizationally
  • Subsidies and claims harmonized and distributed
  • Implemented risk management instruments and control mechanisms, establishing strong connections between policy, procurement, welfare organizations, and service providers

BOARD ADVISOR/ PROJECT MANAGER SOCIAL SUPPORT ACT (WMO)

Responsibilities

  • Advised the municipal executive on challenges within the domains of Participation, Social Support (WMO), and Youth.
  • Initiated feasibility studies and engaged management and executive stakeholders.

Results

  • Reduced bottlenecks between local WMO/Participation and Youth teams and the regional Access structure.
  • Implemented risk management tools and redesigned inter-municipal work processes.
  • Introduced new governance and performance monitoring instruments.
