Responsibilities
- Advised the municipal executive on challenges within the domains of Participation, Social Support (WMO), and Youth.
- Initiated feasibility studies and engaged management and executive stakeholders.

- Reduced bottlenecks between local WMO/Participation and Youth teams and the regional Access structure.
- Implemented risk management tools and redesigned inter-municipal work processes.
