- Project lead for the European tender for neighborhood teams (€26 million), including engagement with the Works Council.
- Preparing decision-making documents for the executive board and municipal council, and guiding them through the change process.

- Advised the municipal executive on challenges within the domains of Participation, Social Support (WMO), and Youth.
- Initiated feasibility studies and engaged management and executive stakeholders.
- Defining ICT healthcare processes and developing an implementation plan.
