 - Project leader for the European tendering process for District Teams (€26M), involving the Works Council
 - Prepared decision-making documents for the Executive Board and Municipal Council and guided them through the change process

- Advised the municipal executive on challenges within the domains of Participation, Social Support (WMO), and Youth.
